Do You Use AI? Will the Content You Write be Original?

Everything we write for you will be written by a human. We do use AI sometimes, but only for very specific tasks. We will use AI (Grammarly) for spelling and grammar checks. And we also use a human proofreader and editor. We may (we also might not) also use an AI app to generate an outline to guide the start of our research. From there we - the humans - will write the content.

How Much?

We get this one all the time. Our pricing is based on your needs. Pricing will depend on the scope, length and reseach requirements for your project. We can work on a per-project basis, hourly and even retainer options. We’re flexible to make the project work for you and for us!

How Fast?

Again, this depends on the scope of your project. We suggest starting with a meeting so we can understand all aspects of what you need. We work hard to turn content around in a reasonable amount of time. Once we understand the project and have what we need from you and your team, most content can be turned around in about a week. Read that again - MOST projects, but not all. And, if you’re in a rush, we can potentially push you to the top of the list, rush charges may apply. Let’s talk about it before it gets too late.

How do You Handle SEO?

We are sworn to secrecy. Just kidding. Over time we’ve learned to adapt content to be effective for SEO and for a human reader. We use basic on-page SEO tricks like keywords, headers, metadata, and links. We can also collaborate with your SEO team, too.

What if I Don’t Like What You Write?

You won’t hurt our feelings. Writing is a process and we’re committed to getting it right. Your feedback - good and bad - helps us with the next draft. You don’t have to like it, but when you can tell us WHY you don’t like it, we are more likely to get it right sooner.
